Trim work orders were written by hand from the BOM, split by supplier. As styles and colours multiplied the arithmetic grew. This document leaves the company, so an error becomes a cost.

WHAT I BUILT

  • Takes both the BOM and the PO recap as input
  • Consumption per unit is entered by the user — the tool adds no loss allowance of its own
  • Lines are grouped into one work order per supplier
