Every sewing worksheet started from a person reading a tech pack end to end, holding the construction in their head, and retyping it into a format the floor could use. It took hours, the format drifted between people, and mistakes only surfaced once production had started.

- An AI workflow that reads the TP and the Optitex pattern together and writes the sewing worksheet
- Proto through PP — the development stage is understood, so each round gets the worksheet it needs
- Compared against the previous sample to identify real changes in spec, pattern and construction
- Output to a standardized Excel format in Korean or English
RESULT
- About 80% less time to write a worksheet, measured in team testing
- Fewer human errors from the sample team
